辰園的片皮鵝三年前吃過,這次回訪則是來"蹭卡"+複習,第二次吃更明確了之前的經驗,片皮鵝以我自己喜好,是比不上台北那前幾家中菜,主要差別在於鵝皮的豐潤、脆度、香氣等的表現,而其餘菜色也是比上不足比下ok的感想,最近會去一場由8餐廳總廚為顧問的菜色(同樣蹭卡🫠),再看看表現如何?(可採用點酒或飲料來抵消開瓶費,很好的政策~~)(金磚燒肉,有點太韌~)(晶瑩明蝦餃,現在晚上供應的點心比以前多)(炒芥藍)(片皮鵝四吃,這次的鵝腿斬件漂亮多了)(餅很容易黏住..)本次經驗:(如果有辦美饌,以三人以下去吃那是非常划算~~)
