多虧好心人協商了稍做變化的套餐,裡頭囊括了一些隱藏菜色,好心人之前吃過覺得量多,便建議兩人分食再加點其他,這次意外發現酌酒熱炒類原來都不錯,之前最愛紅糟軟絲,其他幾道看來也可點選。 套餐內的前菜如素鵝尾巴容易失溫,不過加點的就亦如往常水準,包廂低消較去年提高(最少30K),感到欣慰的是,這次的服務人員更優質。(迎賓開胃六彩盤)(香酥小鯽魚)(花雕蜜棗)(焦糖烏魚子,感覺上次比較好吃🤔)(芝麻脆鱔)😊(紅麴豬尾巴)😊(脆皮野菌素鵝)😊(紅油牛筋凍)😊雲腿濃湯魚翅經確認升級為勾翅,這湯的濃厚程度等同一品花膠雞,乃不同的甘美,是我當日最喜歡的菜,和牛頰固然軟嫩、滋味豐厚,只是青醬與三杯的呈現不太明顯,龍蝦球裹的鹹蛋黃算輕柔,底下炸牛蒡蒜酥好吃。(雲腿濃湯魚翅)😘(金沙龍蝦球)🤔(青醬三杯和牛頰)小炒肉與脆皮腸兩道菜聽說是因某位友人的緣故招待,之前沒點過、火候不錯,硝豬腳可謂定番了吧!接著是套餐後半的智利海鱸魚,十分滑嫩,四神湯、炒米粉做為主食,覺得規規矩矩、內臟用料是好的,最後甜點是官燕,很久沒吃燕窩這種食材了。(花菜干蝦皇小炒肉,招待)😊(尖椒脆皮腸,招待)😊(紅糟軟絲)😋(寧式元蹄)😊(
