照片記錄:人均2,900-->2,300(美饌卡)。因疫情一延再延的聚餐,近期開放單點(殘缺版😂),一些隱藏菜色還無法出,只協商到芝麻脆鱔、焦糖烏魚子,有幾樣小菜很出色算是定番了,陳醋蜇頭、牛筋凍、紅麴尾巴、豆腐絲、黑松露素鵝,脆鱔令我想起軒維、兩家都好吃,焦糖烏魚子只得一塊意猶未盡,糖香緩和了烏魚子入口時的乾貨味,有點類似搭蘋果片的作用~但是別有層次,肴豬腳也挺好,肥而不膩,且沒有很重的那股"硝"味,特喜歡花膠砂鍋一品雞、厚郁黏唇,要喝濃感的人就別加料回燒了,吃完預定明年1月再來。(悄悄話)(鮮露豆腐絲,依舊中意其溫潤的調味)😋(紅麴尾巴)😋(陳醋蜇頭,陳醋的風味極好)😋(藤椒油雞,也許待之後有手撕雞再點)(紅油牛筋凍,湯凍的濃厚度很夠)😋(蒜泥白肉)(脆皮野菌素鵝,薄酥腐皮、徐徐的蕈菇松露味兒)😋(焦糖烏魚子)😘(芝麻脆鱔,比軒維的脆硬度高)😋(清蒸砂鍋腩)😊(紅糟軟絲,初訪時一吃就愛上,細緻的呈現)🥰(寧式元蹄)😋(金絲花膠白菜滷)(油浸筍殼魚)(蘋果木煙燻牛肋排,兩份交代直接分切成12塊還是沒做到,頤宮包廂的服務確實強太多)(花膠砂鍋一品雞🥰,第一碗特好,加料回燒之後味
