照片記錄:人均約1,400。作為一間與我年齡相仿(不算特別老)的老店,是有所期待的,但這次用餐經驗實在不盡理想。口感爽滑細嫩的肴(硝)肉、搭上鎮江醋和薑絲會是個好的開始,但雙拼的另一道若挑選錯誤可就慘了~! 招牌脆皮烏參先滷後炸再煨煮,脆中帶黏,煮汁卻非喜愛的味道,素黃雀焦香感特濃厚,相比之下榮榮園降低了焦、提升調味的活潑更勝一籌,濕黏的砂鍋菜飯只得用紅燒肉來覆蓋掉(見不到就好?)、雖說還挺清香..🤔芋艿雞的芋頭口感不錯、去骨雞腿肉則顯得無趣,醃篤鮮蠻可以、喝了不少,兩款點心很兩極,小籠包的酒香討喜、鮮蝦煎餃不太懂這種滿滿玉米味的表達...(雙拼:魚子醬墨魚🤷‍♂️、水晶肴肉👌)(脆皮烏參)(蔥油芋艿雞)(鮮筍紅燒肉)(砂鍋菜飯)(豆苗素黃雀)👌(鮮蝦煎餃)(小籠包)👌(醃篤鮮)👌(蓮子芋泥,芋泥帶有彈性,很清淡表現原味、不甜膩,我可以再甜一點)
