紙醉金迷夜上海。喜歡這裡的老上海氛圍,相隔一年,這次是與朋友過來喝酒,外場隨時隨地都很忙不一定叫得到人(這一點倒是希望能改進),但是服務態度依舊良好、菜也不錯吃。(醋椒野生木耳)調味酸勁夠強,又彈又脆。(江南脆鱔)上桌仍溫熱脆潤、甜度適宜,涼一點才會更酥脆,總之是我的菜。(煙燻小黃魚)現燻的小黃魚,吃涼的,燻味淡雅。(蟹粉釀蟹蓋)大家一致喜歡,底層有蛋白,主要吃膏肉的甘香濃滑。(清燉蟹粉獅子頭,開瓶費500/支)(蟹粉灌湯蝦球)會爆漿的吐司炸蝦球,吐司稍微油膩了,包的蟹粉和蟹蓋所用感覺相似。(上海生煎包)一份最少四顆,會噴汁,底層煎炸出酥酥香香猶如銀絲捲般的風味。(核桃露)太像米漿了,還好只點一碗。😂
