愛吃烤鴨的小仙上網去找尋必吃烤鴨名單,打算把沒吃過的烤鴨餐廳一網打盡看到得獎的潮江燕,離家又不遠,馬上電話訂位作為家族聚會的地點位於慶城街一號的三樓,是南僑除了寶萊納及點水樓的餐飲品牌看到這玻璃牆面就知道潮江燕主打新鮮活海鮮還耗資數百萬元建構活海鮮專區,依不同水溫及鹽分比重建造7大系統適合各類活海鮮生活的環境,還有專人照顧(可惜這次沒有注意到→腦裡只有烤鴨)這地毯可是訂做的喔!又稱英雄花的潮州市市花木棉攻佔大紅色地毯天花板的燈具也呼應式的採用大紅色調佔地300坪的餐廳內隨處可見的壁畫都有象徵英姿煥發的馬也符合潮江燕想透過裝潢表達,提供純正潮州味的概念座位有四人座、多人座還有包廂入座發現桌上已經擺上幾樣小菜(要付費),留下熱愛的芋頭芋頭燉到輕咬就爛,綿密又香甜,要不是還要吃點心,我肯定續盤我們點香片(茶資20元/人),愛品茶的朋友也可以點他們的功夫茶使用潮州瓷器著稱的青花瓷食器,從細節落實將飲食與文化做結合除了單點外,還有6人合餐、8人合餐及10人桌菜蜜汁叉燒酥(120元)打頭陣我有一個朋友說只要叉燒酥好吃,那這間餐廳就接近滿分了層層堆疊的酥皮超級誘人,咬下去裡面是紮實的,叉燒甜而不肥
