自從去年一訪明福台菜,一直想找時間來試試阿明師招牌名菜『佛跳牆』。Menu部分餐點價格有異動蒜泥鮮蚵 NT300鮮蚵肥美飽滿,美味依舊炒山蘇(2份) NT600山蘇來自花蓮秀林鄉,山蘇鮮嫩清脆、爽口,搭配小香魚乾、豆鼓拌炒,滋味鮮香不死鹹。佛跳牆(小) NT3300明福是清湯佛跳牆,湯底單純只使用豬腳熬製,搭配魚翅、鮑魚、豬腳、豬肚、香菇、竹筍、荸萕、雞茀仔、魚皮、銀杏、干貝、冬蟲夏草、 松茸等珍貴食材熬製。不只台灣人喜愛連日本觀光客也慕名而來。這雞服仔好大顆,有點令人害怕XD有別於一般湯頭濃郁佛跳牆,湯頭清澈但味道十分鮮美、濃郁。豬腳Q彈口感,入口彈滑不會感到油膩。炸蝦捲(6條) NT180看似不起眼蝦捲,受到大家好評,蝦捲皮薄酥鬆,炸火候剛剛好,外層沒有多餘油脂。內餡:蝦肉、荸萕,簡單食材但味道卻很好。蒜酥烏魚腱 NT 650烏魚腱=魚的砂囊(胃),網路人許多人推薦這道菜,薄酥蒜香外皮,搭配口感及脆魚腱(口感類似雞胗),令人一口接一口停不下來!!紅蟳炒飯 NT1700想不到2月份還可以吃到如此飽滿紅蟳 (驚!!)光看到著蟹黃、蟹卵,就令人興奮不已。螃蟹肉質緊實、甜美,但甜度沒有上次

吃的時候很開心,付錢時臉就綠了,

紅蟳炒飯也太貴了,時價菜色還是先問清楚價錢才好XD

雖然明福台菜自價格非常不親民,但絕對值得這樣的價格,

之後有機會,一定會再訪試試其他招牌菜。
