華西街是觀光客會來的一個點,其中必吃「小王煮瓜」這間40多年歷史老店,二代接力後躍上2019年米其林指南必比登推薦,現已重新裝潢空間更加明亮文青,推薦招牌必點「黑金滷肉飯、清湯瓜仔肉」。華西街觀光夜市鄰近龍山寺,歷史韻味濃厚的老街,走在這裡像是舊時台北的縮影,SINCE1975小王煮瓜全新翻修後讓人眼睛為之一亮,裡裡外外的空間給顧客更為舒適的明亮用餐空間,門口的移動式台車讓外觀更為豐富有趣。小王煮瓜座位數頗多,鮮明活潑的色調日上木質色調及洗石子地板,都將台灣傳統小吃店特色融合,走到底處設計的圓型辦桌,更是台到底,卻又新穎的新氣象,用餐起來很舒服。一進門就飄香的黑金老滷還有這大鍋的瓜仔肉湯就是兩大王牌。小王煮瓜菜單有分內用與外帶,差別在於外帶多了便當可選擇。 ❚ 香菇魯肉飯 $66魯得黑金閃亮的魯肉一入口就化掉的香甜帶點焦香氣,配上香菇獨特的香氣,再來一口浸潤醬汁的白米飯濕潤而粒粒分明,整體口感清爽不膩口,最後嘴上還彌留略黏嘴的膠質,好吃。奢侈的在香菇魯肉飯上加鴨蛋一起搭配,就是2.0升級版,澎派。 ❚ 高麗菜(小) $34加入櫻花蝦一起煮過得高麗菜,脆口香甜,想吃辣一點可以加入店家自製

湯頭滿滿嫩口薑絲,湯頭滾燙清甜入喉相當溫暖舒服,

魚肉細緻嫩口,沾上醬汁當生魚片吃,嗆爽的口感,一魚二吃真得很划算也很好吃。

店家招牌清湯,還可無限續熱湯,

自製肉羹配上大骨湯底與花胡瓜,看上去黑嚕嚕,但喝起來卻很清爽甘甜。
