↑這份是隔壁的,跟我們點的一樣,但是視覺上比我們豐富許多

我們的海鮮拼盤一上桌,小玉兒並沒有太驚訝

但隔壁的這一份確有讓小玉兒哇!一聲....XD

為什麼會這樣呢!因為小玉兒的海鮮拼盤是由新手擺盤的

↑服務生過來幫我們開鍋蓋囉!

基本鍋底有鮮菇、多樣蔬菜、鮮蝦、蛤蜊、凍豆腐、丸子...等

店家說湯底是用魚骨及蔬菜熬煮的,味道蠻清甜的

而海鮮料全放入鍋中煮,最後這湯喝起來味道又鮮又甜。

要把紅蟳入鍋煮時

將紅蟳從冰塊中取出,才看清楚紅蟳的大小、相貌....XD

紅蟳兩隻碩大的螯,肉質結實飽滿,口感鮮甜好吃

蟹黃也是相當飽滿,口感濃郁香醇。
