魚丸比較Q彈，長條形狀的魚羹較軟，虱目魚味鮮，魚味也蠻突出的，很濃郁。
非常滿料的肉圓，皮用油炸過但沒有油膩感，皮薄軟Q，內餡有肉球、香菇、筍塊跟鳥蛋。淋上的醬不會太甜，也有大蒜醬跟香菜提香。
