不少旅遊書都有介紹, 在士林及饒河街都有分店, 幸好又不用排隊, 所以一定要買番個來品嚐, 去了檔口前面,也可以看到店員都正在做包子, 包饀料,而且店員會將一個個胡椒餅放入烤箱裡烤焗, 拎上手時個胡椒餅仍然是熱辣辣, 金黃香脆的胡椒餅真是好吸引, 外屠烤得酥硬香脆, 內饀更是一大團豬肉,而且噴出煙冒,肉汁豐富, 好有肉香又嚼勁,加上大量青蔥, 更散發陣陣胡椒香味,香味撲鼻又不會好油膩, 真是好食, 回味無窮
