早機抵台後,中午即到達入住之「寒舍艾麗酒店」,等待房間時,當然係要醫飽肚肚先啦!收藏好行李後,十人即前往隔壁嘅姊妹酒店「寒舍艾美酒店」,於其中菜廳「寒舍食譜」享用午膳,步行不需五分鐘,確真方便得很。酒店餐廳樓底高高,極有氣派。用餐大堂開揚通爽,地上舖出厚厚嘅紅地毯,配上牆上嘅國畫,中國風味濃厚,同時亦不失時代感。餐桌上有齊備之自用及公用餐具,整潔衛生。人多點餸都幾有難度架,何況餐牌咁厚,結果人人有份點。厚厚嘅餐牌中其中七頁為續位計嘅套餐項目。另有三頁為每席計嘅十人套餐選擇。其餘則為散點菜式。唯一附上彩色插圖嘅一頁應該屬精選推介。椒鹽鴨舌(NT 520):台式鴨舌同港版嘅唔同,每件都係連埋下巴嘅,所以大隻得多,細佬唔係幾識點咬,唯一只可以講得出椒鹽鴨舌嘅炸皮好鬆脆惹味。脆皮先知鴨(NT 1,880/隻):旅遊王Uncle介紹嘅招牌菜「脆皮先知鴨」原來係由寒舍集團創辦人蔡辰洋先生以蘇東坡嘅名作「春江水暖鴨先知」起名。每隻均由帶上手套嘅師傅即場切出。脖子長長嘅先知鴨當真如餸名般脆皮,皮下脂肪不多,鴨肉芳香軟嫩,堅掂!欖菜四季豆(NT 480):砌到成幅畫咁靚嘅四季豆翠綠香脆,簡單可口。XO醬乾炒蘿蔔糕(NT 420):雖則炒蘿蔔糕好夠乾身,無奈其炸皮過厚及腍,蘿蔔糕方塊偏韌而不鬆潤,甚為失色。手創花枝軟絲丸(NT 680/客):色澤金黃嘅花枝丸香脆鬆爽。肥牛潤腸粉(NT 280):腸粉嘅豉油係上枱後由服務生代為淋上,以確保腸粉唔會被浸到腍哂。此味肥牛潤腸粉嘅肥牛並非包入腸粉內作餡,而係舖喺腸粉上蒸煮嘅。墊底嘅腸粉柔軟潤滑,伴配軟嫩嘅肥牛碎即增添肉香。百花油條腸粉(NT 240/客):百花油條腸粉亦即釀入蝦膠嘅炸兩,香滑嘅腸粉皮下嘅油條鬆化脆口,中間嘅百花蝦膠亦爽潤彈牙,點上甜豉油已夠滋味無窮!櫻花蝦豚肉絲炒高麗菜(NT 480/客):以櫻花蝦豚肉絲點綴嘅高麗菜爽脆惹味。金瑤蟹肉乾燒米粉(NT 880/客):金橙亮麗嘅乾燒米粉幼嫩軟滑,油潤芬芳,蟹肉則鮮甜香嫩,撈入清新爽口嘅芽菜即加添口感,十分細膩。福菜丁香炒水蓮(NT 520/客):細佬因怕食魚仔,故未有一嚐炒水蓮,只係影咗幅相同大家分享。熊貓流沙包(NT 300/三隻):熊貓流沙包外型趣緻可愛,肥嘟嘟嘅包身鬆軟熱辣,中間嘅奶皇餡心亦香濃甜美。酒店中菜廳「寒舍食譜」環境闊落開揚,服務生體貼友善,點心小菜質高味佳,整頓午餐當真猶如店名般謙遜,絕對值得推介。…Read More
