Let me tell you my experience I pretty much came here 3 days in a row. Day 1 Between 9:00am-10:00am, yes long line (around the corner of the building) waited 20-30mins you won't able to find a seat. I was lucky to share table with a couple. Day 2 Between 8:00am - 9:00am less line I was stand at the stair waited 10mins. Wasn't bad but by the time I finished my breakfast the line goes all the way to around the corner. Day 3 before 7:00am no line, no wait, walk straight up to order. My bf and I was craving for beef noodle, did some research before we come. Walking distance from Sheraton (15mins) wasn't bad. If you are not familiar with the area like us. It is kind of hard to look for the shop. They are not locate at Main Street, is between buildings. Luckily google map did the job otherwise can't never find this place. When we get there we're first one in line. Waiting area kind of dangerous, once in a while motorcycle pass by the street. But the staffs does tell you stand closer to the store. We waited for 10mins seat outside no AC. Inside the store have AC, wasn't strong, I can't imagine eat here during summer time. While we are waiting for our food, the line was long, I guess is lunch time. We are very lucky. We ordered clear broth beef noodle soup and pork chop noodle soup. I have to say I love it! I really love their noodle is like Shanghai style noodle with udon chewy texture. Pork chop are kind of oily, I'll probably skip pork chop noodle next time. Beef noodle soup is good enough to enjoy. 搬了舖位全部以變了⋯⋯味道不像以前那麼好食. 四年前在街舖吃完很想再吃,雖然街鋪看起來不是那麼乾淨不是坐得特別舒服、但是服務態度和食物還好。但搬了新舖再食的時候以不及從前那麼好食, 我覺得沒有什麼特別，不需要走到這麼遠食一碗牛肉麵. 服務態度不佳以前很有禮貌的。小碟沒有以前那麼多選擇. 吃完了一次新舖不會再來..............................…查看更多
