蘆筍沙拉佐荷蘭醬 Asparagus salad with hollandaise
蘆筍一般在牛排館屬配菜部分，這裡則作為頭盤。爽嫩清甜，配濃郁的荷蘭醬，簡單卻吃得出這裡對食材的用心挑選
焦化洋蔥湯佐康提起司 Caramelised onion soup with comté cheese
是我喜歡的版本，不會有太多麵包在湯裡面，焦化洋蔥香甜，跟起司的鹹香非常匹配。
碳烤雞胸佐白酒煮雜錦菇 Chicken paillard with mushrooms and white wine sauce
雞胸不柴可口，整體味道豐富，但驚喜不大。
番茄燉羊肉佐麵疙瘩和春季蔬菜 Lamb stew with gnocchi and spring vegetables
比較喜歡這主菜多一點，很少吃番茄跟羊肉的組合，鍋中亦有幾款蔬菜的菜甜味，比平常吃到的燉羊肉不一樣，特別而不錯吃。麵疙瘩吸了羊肉跟醬汁的香氣，滋味十足。
檸檬塔佐香草奶油 Lemon Tart with vanilla chantilly
清爽的檸檬餡，酸度可再提高一點，反而香草奶油的味道比較討好。
杏仁舒芙蕾佐莓果醬和法式鮮奶油冰淇淋 Almond soufflé with berries and crème fraîche ice cream
我們都喜歡這個舒芙蕾，綿密細緻，杏仁香淡淡的，加上莓果醬跟冰淇淋味道更好。
