這次到訪台中，經 Freegan達人宗翰的介紹下，來到了這家 ，管理員們每天中午到附近的菜市場收集剩下來不要的菜，拿回店裡，部份免費轉贈居民，部份留到晚上做晚餐給客人。我檢查過大部份的菜，幾乎都是完好無缺的，只是長得比較醜而已，吃起來完全沒有問題耶～

During my visit to Taichung this time, I went to this leftover kitchen, the staffs collected the remaining foods in a wet market at noon every day, and took them back to the store. Some of them are free of charge to residents, and some are reserved for dinner at night. I have checked most of the foods, almost all of them are eatable, they are just more "ugly" compare to other foods, but they are actually have no problem at all.
