蘭嶼衛生儲存場,就在漁人部落往紅頭的方向路上一個非常寬闊的腹地繞了一整圈,想吃的幾乎都還沒營業…不然就是大爆滿 0..0最後決定來這「懷舊大滷麵 Lu mian」一對達悟族夫妻開的麵店,很有意思They serves black tea and winter melon tea, Taiwanese traditional drinks!紅茶有加小麥熬煮,很好喝點麵、小菜的人不少,生意挺好Noodles with marinated minced pork. Yummy! I love the sweet flavour!肉燥是瘦肉與紅蔥頭下去熬煮,不油膩蔥花現切,很清爽也新鮮搭配一點青江菜,手工的家常麵不錯吃手勁有出來,麵粉的甜味也明顯推薦,不想吃套餐或義大利麵,來碗乾麵吧Lu mian is a briny soup noodle, cooked into a cornstarch-heavy broth with fragments of wood ear, egg whites, and pork. Pretty popular in local noodles stands in Taiwan. The key point in Lu mian is you get a lot of ingredients in a bowl of noodle!!!
