Vegan的概念不僅僅是盡量不傷害動物,還包括保護和維持生態,如盡量零廢棄、自然農法 (無肥料栽培) 等等,至少對我來說是這樣吧 (我也還在努力)。「菜市場」的理念跟我的很相似,所以特別支持和欣賞,早陣子,他們更休市了一個月,親身去做田野調查、學習有機和自然農法,這次回來,他們重新整理了菜單,真的很期待他們如何用在地食材,呈現那不曾被發現的味道!回到這次的體驗,食物味道、擺盤和環境都十分滿意,兩位雜食朋友都很喜歡喔!特別喜歡他們的手工意大利麵,還有擂茶豆乳和裸旦糕呢~The concept of Vegan is limited to try not to harm the animals, but also to protect and maintain the ecology, such as zero waste, natural farming methods (no fertilizer cultivation), etc., at least that's what vegan for me (I am still working on it).The concept of

The concept of "Vegan Project" is very similar to mine, so I especially support and appreciate it. A while ago, they have been closed for a month, and they went to field research and learn organic and natural farming methods. This time, they reorganized the menu. Back to this experience, the taste and display of the food, the environment, everything are very satisfied, both of my omnivorous friends like it too! I especially like their handmade pasta, as well as soy milk with Hakka mix nuts and raw cakes~
