「車仔麵」對我來說是有著很深的兒時回憶，平價好味，中學時期為了省錢，午餐常常吃，而且滷水湯底，特別入味！通常「車仔麵」店感覺都是髒髒的，很快吃一吃就閃人或直接外賣走人，真沒想到現在台灣的素食「車仔麵」店都做得這麼講究又文青，很難不常常光顧呢~而且很有特色，要自己先拿籃子「買菜」，菜都很新鮮，有在逛市場的feel (我特喜歡這個過程)，再把選好的菜、麵和配料拿到櫃台結帳，然後會有專人幫你煮喔！配料選擇很多，一不小心就會拿超多，你看我這碗這麼多料就知道了，我吃的很享受耶！台北和台東都有不同品牌在經營類似的「車仔麵」，我這次拜訪的是在台中喔~"Cart Noodles" has a deep childhood memories for me. Usually, the "Cart Noodles" shop feels dirty. I will just finish it quickly and leave or sometimes simply order a take away. I really didn't expect that the vegetarian "Cart Noodles" shop in Taiwan is doing so clean and stylish now. You will always want to spend more time there~
You have to take the basket to "buy veggie" first. The vegetables are very fresh, you will have a feeling like shopping in a market (I like this ordering process), and then take the selected vegetables, noodles and ingredients to the counter for checkout, then there will be someone to help you cook!
There are a lot of ingredients to choose from. If you are not careful, your bowl will be super big (you can see mine). But I am enjoying it! Both Taipei and Taitung have different brands operating similar "Cart Noodles". I am visiting the one in Taichung this time.
