The appetizer of crab meat and salmon roe is crispy and tasty, earning a thumbs up 👍🏻.

However, the sushi part was somewhat disappointing. Most white fish lacked distinctive flavors, and the tuna sushi, as seen in the photo, had numerous tough fibers making it challenging to chew 😕. The hand roll seemed to consist of various sushi leftovers...

Chawanmushi contained only steamed egg without other ingredients, but the abalone had a good taste, deserving praise!

Due to a birthday celebration, the restaurant gifted a sushi cake, visually appealing but with an average taste ❤️.

💬 The entire lunch experience took almost 2 hours, and considering the price, it leans towards the expensive side in Taiwan. However, for a similar price in Hong Kong, fresher sashimi can be enjoyed. Overall, the review is average, slightly disappointing 😞.
