The owner originally ran a street stand specializing in boneless goose dishes. Because of considerate services and fresh dishes, the stand had been long supported by its loyal customers. Many customers came from a long way for their favorite goose dishes. Then its businesses bloomed and built a good foundation of loyal customers. In 2002, the owner thus established Shianyuan Seafood Restaurant.
