In Sichuan cuisine, there are three types of “peppers,” Chinese pepper, pepper, and chili pepper and three types of “spices,” onion, ginger, and garlic. Authentic bean paste and black bean of Pi County are incorporated in dishes to present simple and fresh farm dishes. Unlike traditional Sichuan cuisine that focuses on spicy and salty taste, KIKI introduces “Taiwanese flavor” with the emphasis on health by reducing the use of spices and salt.

Its signature dish of Fried Minced Pork with Black Bean and Leek uses only the first 1/3 of leek to keep the crispy taste. Grounded pork uses hind pork leg at the lean to fat ratio of 8:2, and thus, it has the extra chewy taste.
