在台北吃到了來自日本的漢堡和奇蹟的舒芙蕾鬆餅。位於林口三井Outlet的J.S.Foodies Tokyo是日本Journal Standard旗下品牌之一,Journal Standard販售衣服跟生活雜貨的店,這家J.S.Foodies Tokyo是他們海外的第一家店,食物品質店家嚴格把關,務求把日本原本的味道搬到台灣來。
I’ve tried a tasty burger and famous Japanese soufflé pancakes at J.S.Foodies Tokyo, located in Mitsui Outlet Linkou. J.S.Foodies Tokyo is one of the restaurant under Journal Standard. Journal Standard sells clothes and groceries in Japan. This restaurant is their first overseas store. The food quality here is strictly controlled to ensure the taste is the same with the original J.S.Foodies Tokyo in Japan.

 

 


這是我第一次到林口,第一次到三井Outlet,我跟朋友坐在池旁,點了一份漢堡跟一份舒芙蕾鬆餅。
My first time to Linkou and this outlet. We sat besides the pool and ordered a burger and soufflé pancakes.

 

 


水果薄荷氣泡飲 Fruit mojito 120NT 
沒酒精的氣泡飲,跟朋友點了綜合莓果跟檸檬萊姆,不太甜,薄荷香氣會越泡越出,配鹹食或甜食都非常適合。
Mojito without alcohol, we have ordered mixed berries and lemon. Not too sweet, the fragrance of mint went stronger after soaking in the sparkling water for a while, good to have it with savoury food or desserts.

 


J.S.酪梨起司漢堡 J.S.Avocado Cheese Burger 320NT
酪梨跟起司份量比我想像中多很多耶!漢堡肉吃起來亦蠻多肉汁的,酪梨、起司跟漢堡肉很搭,番茄跟洋蔥配料讓這漢堡味道豐富跟有層次。
The amount of avocado and cheese is much more than I expected! The hamburger meat is tender and juicy, matched with avocado and cheese. Tomato and onion make the burger even more tastier.

 

 

 


有看到店員做舒芙蕾鬆餅,舒芙蕾鬆餅是Journal Standard的旗下知名品牌Flipper’s的出品,製作鬆餅的程序是100%與日本店一樣。
I went to the kitchen for watching the process of making soufflé pancakes , which is from Flipper’s, a well-known brand of Journal Standard. The process of making the soufflé pancakes is 100% the same as the Japanese store.

 

 


奇蹟的舒芙蕾鬆餅 季節水果 Kiseki Pancakes with fresh fruits 350NT
第一次吃他們的舒芙蕾鬆餅,非常鬆軟!建議不要用刀,用叉子撥開來吃,綿密的質感加上加了楓糖的鮮奶油,難怪會這麼受歡迎。水果有草莓跟香蕉,草莓品質很不錯呢!
First time trying this famous pancakes, they’re very soft and fluffy! It is recommended not to use a knife, instead using 2 forks to cut and eat, the fluffy texture with the fresh cream with maple syrup are nice! No wonder it’spopular. The fruits are strawberries and bananas, and the quality of the strawberries is good.

今大滷肉飯是不少在地人心目中的No.1滷肉飯,不在台北市中心但有不少人會特地到三重吃,我也是其中一個,非常喜歡今大滷肉飯。
Jin Da Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice) is my no.1 braised pork rice in Taipei. Sanchong District is not close to Taipei city but still many people came here for their awesome food.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

滷肉飯以外,也會點這裡的滷白菜 (25NT)、滷筍絲 (25NT)、滷豆腐 (10NT)、滷蛋 (10NT),亦會點他們的苦瓜排骨湯 (40NT) ,但坦白說,配菜相比滷肉飯相對顯得較普通。

 

滷肉飯一碗不貴 (25NT),滷肉全是肥肉但一點都不膩,滷汁不死鹹,入口即化帶黏,你不是喜歡又乾又柴的滷肉就非常值得為這碗滷肉飯而來。

35年老字號,因為看到渡邊直美去吃而去,肉圓料多實在,值得一吃。
 is a 35 years eatery, came here because Naomi Watanabe visited here too. Meat ball is tasty with a lot of fillings, worth trying.

 

看到大家除了肉圓外都會點個湯,點了一份這樣子的做晚餐。

 


魚丸比較Q彈,長條形狀的魚羹較軟,虱目魚味鮮,魚味也蠻突出的,很濃郁。

 

 

 


非常滿料的肉圓,皮用油炸過但沒有油膩感,皮薄軟Q,內餡有肉球、香菇、筍塊跟鳥蛋。淋上的醬不會太甜,也有大蒜醬跟香菜提香。

鴉片粉圓是我小時候就知道的古早味冰品甜點,聽說會像鴉片一吃上癮,一直到最近才吃到。分店有很多,我去的是板橋創始店,是去吃完油庫口麵線後走過去的,很近。
I know “opium fenyuan” when I was small, heart that this dessert is just like opium, people would get addicted after trying. I had a chance to try after eating Ukuko oyster vermicelli last time, it’s near so I came here by walk. Banqiao is their first eatery, they have quite a lot of branches at Taipei city too.

 

 

 

 


點了原味的鴉片粉圓冰 (50NT)。粉圓是用番薯粉做的,Q彈有咬口,”鴉片膏”其實是以紅砂糖煮成蜜,香甜可口,那種潤甜的味道確實會讓人上癮,加上天熱,配合碎冰一起吃,透心涼的感覺也想讓我願意再去吃。下次會嚐一下他們的其他冰品。
Original “opium fen yuan ice” (50NT). Their fen yuan (yam pearls) are soft with adequate chewiness. “Opium” is actually their house made syrup made from brown sugar, I like the aroma and the flavorful sweetness. Actually the syrup is really tasty, would like to visit again next time.

板橋的油庫口蚵仔麵線一直都在我待吃名單中,麵線加香腸的配搭蠻有名的,早幾個星期到了板橋工作去吃一些小吃,順道來吃。 Wanted to try Ukuko oyster vermicelli for long, famous for their vermicelli with Taiwanese sausage. Last few weeks was at Banqiao for work, had a chance to visit here.

 

 

 
位置在板橋站跟新埔站之間,先到櫃台點餐,店員送上後會收錢。 Located between Banqiao and Xinpu MRT station. Ordered at counter first, when the staff sent the food to me, I had to pay at that time.

 
很多人都是一口香腸一口麵線這樣吃,但可能不習慣吧,我還是默默把香腸先吃完,烤得夠香,店員還給了大蒜但我沒有吃。25NT一條。 Many people eat a bite of sausage and a bite of vermicelli. I was not used to it so I ate the sausage first, the staff gave me some garlic cloves but I didn’t eat it with sausage. Flavourful scent from the grill, 25NT per one.

 
點了綜合口味的麵線 (40NT),麵線味道比較清淡,因為素食者也能吃清麵線,沒有加到木魚大骨等去做麵線的湯頭,蚵仔不太夠肥美,大腸味道亦較清淡。我會比較喜歡萬華陳記的麵線,但如果你喜歡清淡口味或是吃素的,油庫口會很適合你。 Mixed vermicelli with oyster and pork intestines. The taste is mild in general because the vermicelli itself is made for vegetarians also, no dried fish or pork bones for making the soup. Oysters are not big enough, pork intestines are mild too. I would prefer Chen Ji intestines and oyster vermicelli, if you like mild taste or if you are a vegetarian, you can try here once.
