在一條小巷內,店家並不好走。我們找了好一陣子才找得到。這間專賣牛肉麵,在場上掛滿了他們輝煌的成就,還拿過獎。我們叫了清燉牛肉麵,湯底清甜,有濃郁的得牛肉香味,應該熬了很久,牛肉鮮嫩,面也彈牙。吃着這碗牛肉麵,雖然是簡單,卻看得出師傅的心事。吃的是他們心思,吃的是他們的誠意。我最後我把湯也喝光了。另外我們也叫了紅燒牛肉麵,這種的湯底比較濃郁,將平視我們吃的台灣牛肉麵,本人比較喜歡吃清湯牛肉麵,因為比較清淡。我們也叫了一些小吃,味道不錯。…Read More

這是一間冇菜單的餐廳,入內的人都是吃套餐的。這餐廳有點遠,要乘捷運到新店,再轉乘出租車約180台幣去。建議中午去,窗外的景色不錯。這套餐在台灣吃大概是300多港幣,但若果在香港吃以這樣的環境和食物質素肯定要800。每一道菜都像一幅畫,賣相精美。在眾多的菜當中以下是我較喜歡吃的:🥗生魚片沙拉生魚片相當新鮮,吃起來爽口又紮實,下方有鮮蔬,清脆的蔬菜搭配著生魚片一起吃,變得更有口感。🥗糕渣是宜蘭的著名小吃,糕渣非常燙口,搭配翠綠的蔬菜濃湯,綿密又濃郁,味道挺好的。🥗烤明蝦、蔬菜拼盤蔬菜拼盤有茄子、南瓜、四季豆等,吃起來油感稍重,烤大明蝦肉結實,很美味。🥗蓮花雞湯這道湯品彷彿是藝術一樣,服務人員會把蓮花放在雞湯上頭,而蓮花會在湯品上慢慢綻放,令人驚喜。雞湯的鮮甜在嘴裡蔓延,非常順口。湯料也非常多,有蓮藕、蓮子、筍子等,一道出色的料理。…Read More
