照片記錄:餐4,100/人+酒2,280/支。相隔半年沒來,感覺hans這次從國外返回後做出了一些變化調整,甜點外八道中有六道是之前沒吃過的菜,這點是挺開心,尤愛第三道的炭烤生蠔麵包,羅勒醬厚重韻味與蠔的鮮美加乘互補,金目鯛切面如七分熟干貝的烤製呈現也很棒,水管麵用墨西哥龍艾、蕃茄羅勒等sauce,營造一種酸性、木質調,雖然喜歡但份量頗少,整體走向變得精簡,重油與味強的菜色也沒見到,怪不得愈吃愈餓🥺~~吃完"跳進嘴裡"才好一點。😅(炸芝麻葉/海鹽胡椒/鴨腳蜜,好吃的葉子,希望至少能有三片😂)(野生金殼蝦薄片/橄欖油/柑橘調sauce,換個冷盤口味也不錯,當然烤的還是最好吃)(炭烤生蠔麵包/自製青醬)😘(炸櫛瓜花/Burrata/Mozzarella)(Vietti Timorasso Derthona Colli Tortonesi DOC 2019,這支點店內的:桃李、微奶油、礦物感)(白子/南瓜泥/醋漬洋蔥紅蘿蔔,白子就本身美味,偏好鹹一點的醬來搭佐)(大水管麵,墨西哥龍艾+蕃茄羅勒,擺盤好看但只有四個麵,吃不夠阿~🤪)(這個就是墨西哥龍艾)🌿(烤金目鯛/烤蕃茄,七分熟、附著恰當的
