上一波寒流的時間正巧對上好友安排的酸菜魚+麻辣鍋+花酒,酸菜魚應該是目前最喜歡的手路了,酸香爽麻帶勁,魚改成用鮮嫩的紅條,害我吃到差點咬舌頭,至於從四川本店移植的麻辣鍋口味~~只能說比起之前"某家"很夯的..在調味和食材皆勝出一籌,總之這樣的吃法確實有點厲害,連我這個非火鍋控都想再來一次了。(酸菜紅條🥰,裡頭還追加了鱸魚卵,湯底適合之後拿來煮蔬菜)六款花酒😍,桃花、櫻花、桂花、荔枝、枇杷、青梅,根本妹酒~~與高粱混搭超順)英雄排骨😋,要煮50分鐘,原來是煮到變軟嫩不是爛糊,好吃需點!)跳筋牛蛙)(墨魚飛魚卵滑)😊(麻辣大雞腳)橫膈膜)(大刀腰片😋,很新鮮且沒有怪味,乾碟也推~)(豬蛋蛋旁邊的肉)(千絲鱔魚)(本地吊龍&泡椒牛肉,牛肉捲香菜泡椒)(滷味拼盤)😊(脆牛胸)😊(生腦花)😊(麻辣牛肉,對~肉都被蓋住)霸王牛肉,有竹籤的這個)(藤椒牛舌,片成長條形)(麻辣豬鼻筋)牛舌拼盤)麻辣鹹豬肉😋,好吃~)溏心烏魚子)(本地雪花牛😊,整體吃下來還是較愛肥牛)(紅糖糍粑)
