好久沒吃陶板屋了, 再來吃吃看有啥新菜色囉~海鮮水果沙拉花樣蕃茄青蔬沙拉這是新的沙拉菜色2mm的新鮮牛番茄薄片捲入小黃瓜、紫洋蔥等五彩蔬菜, 淋上特製香柚和風醬汁,味道清爽口感還不錯~一直都沒變的菜色 - 烤杏鮑菇百合牛腩湯清脆的百合搭配特選的牛腩,以慢火清燉而成, 口味清爽帶有濃郁香氣~蕃茄海鮮清湯 新的湯品以魚骨、海鮮熬煮當作主湯底,再加入大量洋蔥、 蕃茄等蔬菜長時間燉煮,增添湯頭甘甜,濃郁九層塔香味撲鼻, 順口清香入喉,還蠻好喝的~因為怕牛肉有瘦肉精....所以都點雞肉當主餐陶板雞採用春雞雞腿肉,口感外脆內嫩,下層搭配特製洋芋。醬汁有黑胡椒醬及黃味增醬兩種選擇 , 我覺得黃味增醬比較好吃~因為想吃雞肉又想吃魚肉.... 所以點了"陶板海陸-雞魚"主餐雞肉軟嫩多汁雞皮也香脆可口~魴魚佐以海鹽,肉質鮮嫩好吃~蜜漬鳳梨慕斯特選當令盛產的高雄大樹鄉鳳梨,經過蜜糖焦化使果肉呈現香甜風華,是酸中帶甜的風味~檸檬舒芙蕾檸檬風味的微酸帶甜,口感像奶酪 , 沒有很特別....我覺得還是紅豆抹茶奶酪比較好吃.....蜜瓜芒果汁百香蜜柑茶 加了蜂蜜之後很像酸甜的花草茶~一份套餐算是吃得蠻飽的囉~
