說到港式海鮮飯館,我個人首推九記除了因為從小常常跟著老爸到這光顧,有著一份特殊情感,再來就是他一直都維持當初的口味從沒走調,原因其實很簡單,就是老闆身兼大廚,也唯有這樣才能把持口味的不變,九記的招牌菜其實很多,我們每次必點的有生抽蝦,百花油條,京都排骨,腐乳炒時蔬,例湯也是一定要的啦,如果預算多一點還可以叫個油浸筍殻魚,他的汁還可以請老闆幫忙蒸蛋,或清蒸石斑,反正都很讚啦!
