照片記錄:十菜一湯+地瓜稀飯(算人頭)共4,752。接近40年歷史老台菜,假日不太給訂位說要現場等,雖然尖峰時段人多但還是有座位,就是老餐廳氛圍,外場服務的大姊待客不會過於隨意或者拘謹~蠻輕鬆的,這次四個人來戰力不差,每盤菜份量也是差不多for四人剛好,主食選招牌地瓜稀飯,整體不錯,可能也是因為我早餐沒吃餓了一陣子,所以吃起來覺得特別香... 落地丁香、軟煎溜肉這兩道最佳,屬於再訪會想點的,其他也皆有一定水準。(地瓜粥,使用台農57號香甜黃地瓜)(落地丁香,非常之鬆脆的吻仔魚,不油且毫無焦苦,配稀飯絕佳)(乾煎豬肝,火候軟嫩度和氣味ok,調味與豬肝本身尚不夠"合")(薑絲中卷,家常味但處理上多了一分細膩,餐廳火力)(腰果炒雙蘋,炒蘋果乾和蘋婆,蘋婆口感類似菱角)(軟煎溜肉,即紅麴里肌,有里肌的微澀甘味、軟嫩卻不失嚼感,紅麴香而不重膩,這一道連隨行大廚阿平師都稱讚,我說很適合當便當主菜..)(脆皮蚵卷,我認為是正常發揮)(麻乳滷肉,五花肥瘦均勻、微帶酒香,不會太油膩但還是要配主食才行)(煎菜脯蛋,招牌厚煎蛋,屬於比較清爽的菜脯風味)(澎湖絲瓜,吃食材,正常發揮)(明蝦沙拉,阿平問我為什麼
