[韓式小菜 自由續]

Side dishes, all you can eat! Smashed potato, bean sprouts, pickles and Korean kimchi. Quite good! Not that spicy I thought!

黃豆芽、韓式泡菜、馬鈴薯泥、醃白蘿蔔

醃白蘿蔔薄片夠薄,幾乎可透光

甜酸的程度有重口

豆芽菜的黃豆瓣常常散落

馬鈴薯沙拉有點堅硬,馬鈴薯塊明顯,大口吃吧

無限續,可以將空盤放桌邊

服務人員會主動靠過來詢問是否要續

[起司噴火雞 NT300]

Just like chicken in the hell lol. A little bit spicy, however, the combination of cheese and chicken was really clever!

雞腿肉與起司上桌,不說我以為隔壁是煎蛋 lol

服務生超專業,先問是否要拍照

拍完後火速攪拌起司雞

紅通通的感覺很像地獄雞腿

濃郁的起司味是亮點

有無炸過,我吃不出來XD

朋友說應該有炸過只是皮肉分離

當然炸過的雞腿肉口感上會更脆口

加上油炸的香氣,這道菜會更加銷魂

至於她辣不辣?以不吃辣的人來說

真的會辣到泛淚

[魚板湯 NT280]

Fish cake soup, with clams, shrimp, cabbage, mushrooms and so on. Plain but tasty, light stock!

辣椒、杏鮑菇、魚板、蛤蜊、水煮蛋、牛蒡天婦羅

底下滿滿高麗菜的魚板湯,屬不辣路線

蛤蜊很新鮮,三隻蝦吃起來肉比較鬆散些

水煮蛋與Pocha泡菜一起吃,過癮

薄片魚板是韓式料理的特色之一

估計是蔬菜高湯,一開始喝會覺得有點淡

放久一些,就入味囉

Bibimbap box! I believe most of you might have bibimbap before. Have you ever seen the bibimbap in mental box? Egg, sea weeds, meat, kimchi, etc. After shaking by staff, a real bibimbap!!!!

搖滾便當一詞真得相當潮

上桌時,每樣配菜都好好的在便當待著

荷包蛋、餐肉、海苔絲、青江菜、黃豆芽

接著,服務員在你拍照後蓋上便當

Trust me, it’s really tasty. The mix flavour is refreshing!

打開後自然是一份被摧殘過的便當

沒錯,搖身一變成為拌飯啦

手搖出來的韓式拌飯,一吃還真有點驚

有此一說,韓式拌飯來自學生帶便當上學

一路搖晃到學校,打開也就成為不費力拌飯!

其貌不揚,但味道真的挺不錯

有大雜燴之感,海苔的甜鹹成為主軸

搭配荷包蛋、辣黃豆芽,好吃!

[海鮮煎餅 NT240]

Haemul pajeon, Korean pancake with seafood. I expected the haemul pajeon had crispy skin, Pocha’s haemul pajeon was to tender for us. Even though, the ingredients were really various, oyster, green onion, squid, prawn, chilli. Good.

Pocha的煎餅特別在麵粉不多,食材比餅還豐盛

蝦仁、蚵仔、青蔥、辣椒、花枝

如果你喜歡煎到金黃香酥又恰恰的煎餅

Pocha的你可以跳過不考慮

它口感相對較軟,所以一夾就很容易散開

配料常常會在醬汁裡墜機…

但是Pocha煎餅的優點是,蔥很鮮甜

所以口感相對清脆豐富,看個人的喜好囉

朋友A:我也覺得還不錯吃,雞跟便當,但雞皮有點厚,後來有吃到粉。海鮮煎餅我比較喜歡煎脆一點。但料跟蔥還頗多,吃得到蔥的脆度

朋友B:都蠻好吃的,只是湯覺得剛開始有點淡
