大稻埕米粉湯是一攤我相當喜歡的米粉湯+豬內臟黑白切,台北車站後站的在地美食。食物烹調方法不花巧,爐火是炭燒的,邊吃邊聞到一股炭燒香。豬內臟新鮮,米粉湯的湯頭鮮甜,簡單直接的好味道。伯伯非常風趣健談,吃得自在的一頓午餐。Rice noodles soup w/ different parts of pig. 看到旁邊的人吃鹹粥吃得津津有味的樣子,也點上一碗。濃郁的豬骨湯頭,配料有芋頭、香菇、豆皮,加上胡椒粉,十分滿足的一頓午餐。
