台北中山區的九寨十鍋是我和朋友都愛去的麻辣鍋店,味道靠近四川麻辣鍋的味道,價位亦不貴屬中價位。位於長安東路一段,捷運中山站6-7分鐘步程。Jiu Zhai Shi Guo Sichuan Spicy Hotpot is one of my favorite spicy hotpot in Taipei. The spiciness and the taste of the hotpot is similar with those in Sichuan, strong and flavorful. Closed to Zhongshan MRT station, around 6-7 walking distance.鴛鴦鍋的紅鍋用上郫縣豆瓣醬、原豆瓣、三種辣椒、兩種花椒加上二十幾種中藥材煮成,像是四川麻辣鍋味道。白鍋亦很美味,改良自成都百年烏雞火鍋,味道濃郁,涮肉不比紅鍋淡。鍋裡有入味的鴨血跟豆腐,可免費添加。肉類選了prime美國霜降牛、prime牛格斯牛小排和松板豬,切得較大片,品質整體非常不錯。蛋餃、丸類、大腸、油條、菜拼盤一律不缺,還有比較特別的排骨酥,放麻辣鍋翻熱一下就可以吃

鴛鴦鍋的紅鍋用上郫縣豆瓣醬、原豆瓣、三種辣椒、兩種花椒加上二十幾種中藥材煮成,像是四川麻辣鍋味道。白鍋亦很美味,改良自成都百年烏雞火鍋,味道濃郁,涮肉不比紅鍋淡。鍋裡有入味的鴨血跟豆腐,可免費添加。

如愛吃魚的,不要錯過他們的沸騰魚片。沸騰魚就其實是水煮魚,在中國北方特别是東北地區,上桌時滾油沸騰。魚肉是海鱸魚,本身已經是熟的了,只要簡單涮一下紅鍋就可以吃。麻辣香加上滑嫩的魚肉,下次也想再來吃這個。
