今日兩口子喺台北最後一日,決定黎鼎泰豐食小籠包,黎中山店貪佢近捷運站,出站一分鐘就到,一早11點剛開門,就入去幫襯,今日只得兩個人,就叫咗半份小籠包,保持到水準.叫到一客酸辣湯,酸度適中,但辣度不夠,可以再辣高一些.為免食太飽,叫了一客炸豬扒,好味道,應該無用鬆肉粉,所以有一點"鞋"口的感覺,但呢啲先至係豬扒係有的味道。蝦仁炒飯,遺憾的是不用河蝦仁,所以缺少河蝦的爽口彈牙的感覺,但可喜的是不油膩。全日最貴的是清炒豆苗,要4百多台幣,我仲以為佢會用日式荳苗,幸好用番呢隻港式,啱口味。我嘗試過台北,高雄的鼎泰豐,有一點值得一提的是他的的男侍應都有1.8米高,而且都頗為靚仔。

全日最貴的是清炒豆苗,要4百多台幣,我仲以為佢會用日式荳苗,幸好用番呢隻港式,啱口味。
我嘗試過台北,高雄的鼎泰豐,有一點值得一提的是他的的男侍應都有1.8米高,而且都頗為靚仔。
