原塊的熟度.意外的處理道口口都是滿足即便放在鐵板上也不會變硬.外層是定型的熟度.卻不硬.即便冷掉也在好吃範圍中間的軟嫩帶有甜甜的肉汁.沒有油花吃來卻很香.周先生也大讚.確實是最好吃的菲力極黑和牛菲力就是該品嘗3分搭配旁邊的烤蒜.不嗆.軟綿好吃旁邊的紅酒牛排醬風味比較重.酌量沾取鹽之花的搭配也不錯.我個人是覺得最保守的吃法

清爽夏日風味.甜度是男生喜歡的.擺盤也很精緻蛋糕體吃來濕潤好吃.搭配開心果冰淇淋與白巧克力奶油乳酪的奶香滑順感很加分國賓A Cut水準相當穩定.菲力超級突出.開胃菜非常用心.甜點咖啡也是水準上.出餐速度很好.服務生亦專業貼心推薦給喜歡吃牛排與慶祝好地方.水資以人頭計費(每位80元).相當划算.環境燈光很昏暗.拍照有難度喔!!
