Réel一直是我覺得隔段時間就可回訪的小館,只是營業時間和地理位址使得機會不多,上回特地製作的寡婦雞結帳時有點肉痛,可能來此我還是傾向輕鬆吃即可,這次運氣極好,Raven手做限量的鴨肉鴨肝卷剩下最後一份,吃完不知幾時才會再有,賣相樸素其實工序繁瑣,香氣芬芳而美好。麵包藍馬背天使&惡魔,和上次的版本有點不同,天使是火腿烤蠔,惡魔是我仍舊喜歡的藍乳酪椰棗鴨肉鴨肝卷,處理食用冷鴨肝、並將全鴨去皮剃肉醃漬,組合成捲後熟成烹煮上桌,要花一週時間製作燒烤龜山島角蝦,太鮮甜了!楓糖孢子甘藍,每次吃都不錯..)蟹肉洋芋烘蛋,蠻扎實的~不過吃完較無留下印象俄國沙拉,很多馬鈴薯蠻爽口好吃,感覺可以早一點上桌?鼠尾草奶油麵疙瘩,做水煮和炸的兩種,是我喜歡的馬鈴薯軟度比例)(冰淇淋)

新Reel的走向不再只是永和時期的法式鄉村菜(官網寫歐陸菜),之前吃特別菜單時,就感覺Raven能發揮的還很多,這次包場菜色&菜量走爽度高的路線,馬賽海鮮湯和佛羅倫斯丁骨整個澎湃浮誇,但我最喜歡的其實是芒果胭脂蝦韃靼、咖哩風味炒淡菜,調味拿捏很好。冷肉拼盤記得是法國榛果香腸和蜂蜜火腿..等,肉派亦如往常樸實好吃,芒果胭脂蝦韃靼用了苦艾酒、榛果油、海藻油,平衡甜味,楓糖孢子甘藍是以往的常備品項,我在家也會用鑄鐵鍋做,燒出外層的焦香,未必要楓糖用替代品也能不錯吃,烤蠔每人大概吃了三四顆,醬汁是乾蔥+紅酒醋+山蘿蔔葉,再來就是有驚喜的淡菜,火候非常好而且新鮮,咖哩就是點綴一下而已,鮮味為主體,剩餘的湯汁拌麵、麵很彈牙,湯汁若再稍微煮得更濃縮,會更適合搭這較粗的圓麵,馬賽魚鍋和牛排當作吃爽度高的壓軸吧!甜點三樣最喜歡莓果克拉芙蒂,烤製得酥中帶軟。(火腿冷肉拼盤&漬菜)(麵包籃)(法式冷肉凍)😊(芒果胭脂蝦韃靼)😘(楓糖孢子甘藍)(慢烤馬祖活蠔)(這款康普茶不錯)(咖哩風味炒淡菜+麵)😘(馬賽海鮮鍋,波龍尾、牛角蟹、秋姑、金花、蛤蜊、澎湖脆卷...)😊(佛羅倫斯丁骨)😊(舒芙蕾)(莓果克拉芙蒂)
