伊比利現切火腿蜜烤帶皮豬五花

近年比較常來逛永康商圈,走到底金華街經過五味瓶之後有一間酒館名稱很特別,叫做葵(great)豚酒館,招牌一隻喝酒的小豬,是酒吧結合現切火腿吧的形式。 訂位時有提到一般餐點供應到11點前,切火腿則可到12點多,具體時間有些忘了,酒吧與火腿吧結合的形式好像在台灣比較少見,總之是覺得蠻有意思的,既然來此那就切一盤bellota等級的伊比利黑豬(前腿),再點幾樣熱菜,本想喝紅酒,但又想試試調酒,便先點調酒,大概是當晚已是續攤的關係,後繼乏力再飲第二杯酒,便這樣酒足飯飽的度過一個週末。調酒點了曼哈頓,朋友選了一款名為清爽南洋風,曼哈頓以威士忌為基底的濃厚酒感,與火腿搭配起來似乎還行,清爽南洋風是微甜易入口的鳳梨味,感受亦不壞。火腿油質較豐富之處特別的芬芳香滑,不過配橄欖我不太喜歡,小番茄倒不錯,真希望中間那盅能多放一些水果來搭,滋味會更美妙。蜜烤帶皮豬五花,皮酥脆、整體偏甜,再多些層次香味比較不易吃膩,剝皮辣椒雞翅味道ok,白蘭地炒蒜味蝦就不太行,蝦本身與麵包都要加把勁了。 continue reading
