喺日本一個禮拜主要都係食和牛同海鮮,深知姨媽最愛食雞,所以喺台北食嘅第一餐就搵咗間雞雞專門店「雞家莊」。據悉新店易搵位啲,為怕同行嘅七、八旬長輩要等位,初次到訪就棄選母店,先試「雞家莊六條店」。地舖於街道上閃出金光,右邊可見雞群烘住幾款招牌菜式嘅靚相。左邊則吊出多隻不同色澤嘅雞雞。用餐大堂嘅紅白半磚牆滲透著傳統中國風彩,光線充裕,衛生企理,餐桌與餐桌間夠距離,空間感足。XO仔自知國語發音唔係太標準,避免發生雞同鴨講嘅情形,故早已做定功課諗定叫乜兼寫定紙仔,姐姐仔見狀明顯感到意外,不過微O嘴後即以手指公回應。三味雞(NT 800):顧名思義,招牌雞由三款口味嘅雞雞合拼而成,包括橙亮嘅燻雞、黃皮嘅白斬雞及黑皮嘅烏骨雞。色澤不同嘅三味雞油光閃爍,脂肪唔多,肉質都好軟腍,最意外係烏雞啲肉唔嚡,依個價錢絕對唔應該挑剔,只係自己食過更嫩滑嘅而已。姨丈就勁欣賞拌碟嘅酸菜,大讚咸酸中帶著爽甜,比雞肉更有特色。雞飯(NT 50/位):原來「雞家莊」嘅雞飯同平時跟海南雞嘅油飯唔同,熱辣辣嘅雞飯係用雞湯煲煮而成,清香不油膩。收費係人頭計,偷聽到隔離枱話可以無限添加,不過八人分咗四碗都差啲食唔哂,建議大家可以
