小表弟週六娶妻,舅父仔早一晚就招呼香港代表o既親戚去佢家常幫襯o既「嘟柏林鐵板燒餐廳」食半西半日又帶少少中o既新潮鐵板料理。餐店正門喺金漆招牌旁有盆靚靚o既蘭花,高雅簡潔。直入先行經擺滿紅酒o既水吧。十多人o既派對安排於最入o既廂房內進行。主人家早已訂好菜單,每個位置亦擺有齊備o既西式餐具、醬汁及花生小食。蒜蓉包:可任添o既蒜蓉包厚而鬆化,外脆內軟,香濃惹味。南瓜海鮮湯:鮮橙色o既南瓜海鮮湯以大貝殼承載著,外表相當吸引。熱湯芳香輕巧,香滑而不溜滯,配搭新穎,效果討好。鱈魚:師傅即場喺貴客面前為雪白o既鱈魚調味及半燒半蒸。熱辣辣o既鱈魚鮮甜嫩滑,微微唧上青檸更添清新,實屬好魚也!燒蠔:講真自己都係第一次食鐵板式燒蠔,真係冇諗到可以燒至如此香口,薄薄o既外皮脆巧o既同時,蠔隻仍能保持肥潤,好有驚喜!芝士龍蝦:厚厚o既龍蝦爽脆潤澤,鮮甜無比。梅子沙律:交接海陸主菜之時,姐姐先送上沙律一碗。梅子沙律清新醒胃,最正就係塊又甜又多汁o既粟米,堅爽!牛扒:燒煮牛扒前,師傅先續一問及客人要求之生熟度,結果全場只有細佬一個要見紅o既三、四成熟。牛扒均切成薄片,肉質鬆軟,且肉汁豐盛,簡單點上鹽同胡椒已夠美
