照片記錄:午餐3,500+清酒400。在大直開了蠻久時間,趁著聖誕晚餐birdy前的中午先來探店,兄弟檔經營,出自新都里,弟弟阿倫負責生食、握壽司,握功和用料都不錯,開頭一吃就安心下來,哥哥阿翔負責熟食和social(?)😁,不欺生氛圍也舒適,後來無意間才注意到隔壁的熟客是認識的友人,台北很小呀...(house sake: 真澄純米吟釀)(海苔天婦羅+松葉蟹肉,開胃用、偏溫冷)(干貝片+鯛魚真丈,明顯熟食功力有)(中卷握,說用的應該算是大隻的透抽,既彈牙不會太韌口,又多了如軟絲般的滑膩微黏,蠻棒的起頭)😘(煙仔虎握)👍(白魽😋,聽朋友說之前的舍利不對他胃、不夠酸硬,但這次我吃到的顯然有感,用的是赤醋似乎也和他當時不同?)(akami)(chutoro)(紅喉,肥美!)(烏魚子白子蒸蛋)(炸年糕溏心烏魚子)(磯雪昆布明蝦)(炸鮑魚)(炸油帶魚,揚物的部分覺得皆規矩ok)(海膽富山白蝦握)(冰淇淋最中)(以下為招待: 好久沒吃到這樣鬆脆的牛蒡捲了!)
