扶旺號鐵板土司,地點在東區忠孝SOGO後面的巷弄內,星巴克的隔壁。店內像是蒼蠅頭、燒麻糬及櫻桃鴨胸等創意及人氣兼具的土司,在網路上的口碑已經渲染開來,禮拜六早上10點,店外已就已經滿滿人潮。扶旺號其實是台北一家從寧夏夜市起家的鐵板燒老店第二代出來開的,主打的就是用傳統的鐵板燒料理的方式,加入年輕一代的創意來做土司。當天從旁觀察了一下,現場排隊的10個人當中,有超過一半都會點這道招牌的找蒼蠅頭土司。土司包入滿滿現炒的蒼蠅頭餡料,直接送入熱壓機烘烤,剛出來的熱壓吐司非常燙,忍著手指很燙的痛楚撕開土司,蒼蠅頭的香味融在從土司裏頭迸發出來的蒸氣內,真的有夠香,而這蒼蠅頭的鹹香與烤得酥脆的土司交織而成的口感,非常特別也非常入味,讓人忍不住一口接一口。櫻桃鴨胸是另外一道人氣餐點。為什麼知道他是人氣餐點呢,因為當天假日才早上10點半,這款吐司就全部賣光光了,這如果不是人氣,那什麼才是人氣?而這道餐點在準備上也較為費工,師傅會將鴨胸先放在鐵板上,用小火將鴨皮烤得帶點焦,油脂不斷從皮下冒出來後,再切開鴨胸,撒上醬汁,將裏面煎熟。然後簡單地佐一點黑胡椒、蔥,包覆在原味的吐司上,即可上桌。原本以為吐司沒烤過看起來很遜。但意外得是,沒過多料理的白吐司,咀嚼後澱粉產生的甜味,巧妙地中和了,口感厚實又略帶點鹹味的櫻桃鴨胸,再加上鴨胸肉本來嚼感就很足夠,越吃越有味道,也相當有飽足感。吃完鹹的,當然也要試一下他甜的吐司。這款燒燒麻糬熱壓吐司,用的是麻糬裹上帶有花生顆粒的花生醬,用手撕開,麻糬驚人的延展性,讓在座的友人驚呼不已,一直到了送到嘴巴內才停止。因為是現烤的,熱熱的吃非常好吃,而且他的花生醬非常的香,幫原本沒有太多味道的麻糬及吐司做到了畫龍點睛的效果。結帳的時候,還聽到有客人問店員說花生醬能否另外購買呢!除了因為餐點現做外加客人很多的緣故,讓我們等了超過20分鐘才拿到餐點外,整體的用餐經驗算是蠻好的,店家慢工細活的節奏說明了它們對餐點的堅持,偷偷觀察到,他們一款豆奶商品,用得是義美的豆奶喔,老闆應該也是鄉民來著XDDD。無論如何,是一家值得再去的店,聽說扶旺號在通化街最近也開了第二家店,想必人潮應該也會很多的。…Read More
