2015.11.24 推薦分數:★★★許久沒與大學友人聚餐,恰好前陣子收到木庵的邀約,便想說趁這個機會,來好好聊一下。木庵的前身為私人招待所,門面相當低調。店內空間不大,在冬天別有一番暖意。另有數個包廂。左邊為餐點部分,有冷物、烤物、炸物及煮物,右邊則是飲品。胡麻花椰 $60花椰菜吃起來鮮脆,灑上些許柴魚片增添風味,搭配的胡麻醬汁味道清爽,做為開胃菜挺合適的。蘆筍山藥 $120蘆筍口感甜脆,品質非常好,山藥泥吃起來黏滑,和風醬汁帶著微微的辛辣,整體表現中上。滷香魚 $220香魚滷得相當入味,且從頭到尾都可以吃。此道為木庵的招牌菜,說是必點肯定不為過。雞軟骨 $100炸櫛瓜 $100 雞腿排 $180蕃茄豬肉 $70烤雞翅 $70雞翅有先處理過,方便食用,吃起來多汁且嫩,不錯。雞肉串 $70以醬燒的方式呈現,醬汁偏甜,肉質沒有雞翅來得好。高麗豬肉 $90豬五花捲蕃茄實在了無新意,但包著高山高麗菜還是頭一次看到,不論味道或口感都有驚豔到,個人非常推薦。鹽烤軟絲 $300軟絲不加任何調味,純粹以炭火烤熟,保留食物最初始的風味,一旁附有椒鹽與金桔,亦推薦。日式蛤蜊湯 $90玉米筍 $70玉米筍
