2015.10.29 推薦分數:★★★印象中,這是第一次在台中吃燒烤,感覺還不差,雖然少了一級戰區的光環,但價錢也沒有便宜太多。從公益路彎進大英街,很快就會看到岩手燒肉,尤其在住宅區裡格外顯目。一樓為吧台區,相當有居酒屋的氛圍。二樓座位還不少,空間也寬敞許多。肉品、海鮮及蔬菜的選擇不少,只是沒有圖片參考,實在不知份量如何,起初還擔心會吃不飽。厚切牛舌 $380口感微脆,油脂頗豐,相當下飯。干貝 $140表面烤得微焦,鮮度有,不過甜度一般。松阪豬 $220吃起來些微乾柴,並沒有想像來得好。花枝 $220服務人員說他們的花枝可以生食,便吃了一塊,口感鮮脆,但烤過之後變得很鹹,可惜了。玉米筍 $100個人覺得玉米筍吃原味即可,頂多灑些鹽巴提味,不需要加這麼多椒鹽調味。雞腿肉 鹽烤 $180腿肉不夠嫩,油質也不多,口感偏乾柴。伊比利豬上蓋 $580上蓋肉的油脂豐滿,放在烤網上烤得吱吱作響,吃起來卻又不會太油膩,表現極佳。肋眼 $680烤至五分熟,中間略帶血色,口感很有嚼勁,中規中矩。虎蝦 $420蝦子烤熟後有點縮水,肉質緊實,甜度中等,蝦頭滋味鮮美,吸允的不亦樂乎。兩人吃了三千多元,就單點式燒
