​ 入夜了,選了逢甲夜市附近,一間人氣很高的露天串燒店,也是我在台中其中一家令我感到很深刻很喜歡的店! 店放著多張露天椅桌,掛著很多日式居酒屋常見的紙燈籠,店氣氛超級好! 露天廣場的串燒店,有駐場歌手唱歌,串燒店佈滿日式居酒屋燈籠,又放著的士高的彩色燈,最適合傾計,飲生啤跟吃串燒。 先找個位坐下,到岀面點餐,岀面放著串燒,因喜好選後放入盆中,付錢後跟員工說座位號碼,食物製好就送上。 這兒分串燒類及炸串類。 點了10串串燒,Asahi 啤酒一杯,烏龍茶一樽,人均消費HKD 100以下 香港有這餐廳就好了.....Asahi 啤酒: 一次點2杯,第二杯半價!現場有現熬雞湯無限任加。炸串類 炸香蕉$25: 入口外脆內綿,面頭有朱古力醬,吃下甜甜的,沒有不愛的理由。 另外也點了鰻魚$40 秋葵$25,杏鮑菇$25,大至味道正常,感覺炸串沒有串燒這麼好吃,自已建議可集中點串燒類別。 串燒花多眼亂,大至也海鮮類,雞肉類,大量的肥牛卷物類,豚肉卷物類。 雞心$35: 燒得還好,惹味,可惜不是雞心管,因此入口不是爽脆那種,而且淋身的。 章魚腳(小辣)$40: 入口爽,一點也不韌

章魚腳(小辣)$40: 入口爽,一點也不韌,帶微微辣度,不錯吃。

到主角岀場,就是激旨燒鳥的主打肉卷了。

牛肉三星蔥串(小辣) $50: 內裏包著的是宜蘭三星蔥,蔥段肥美( 蔥也用肥美來形容,就知是蔥的質素是多好的),肉香加蔥香,牛肉不乾,入口有微微脂感,燒烤香加蔥的juicy,下酒很好。

大推大推大推(loop): Grilled Pork Belly stuffed with mochi 五花肉麻糬NT50 一串: 豬肉邊位燒得微脆,入面麻糬餡遇熱後變得綿綿腍腍,面頭灑上辣粉跟大量海苔粉。

豬肉糯米腸(小辣) $50: 這兒的燒物全部燒得夠火候,調味足,性價比是超高的說。 薄薄的豬肉片邊位被燒至微微脆身,肉花經火燒後,油花逼岀,入邊的糯米腸煙韌,口感層次豐富。

牛肉起司球(小辣) $50: 牛肉卷著車打芝士,入口多了芝士咸香,感覺heavy,但遇然一次,大杯酒大暢快,無所謂吧,哈哈!

最後每人消費都只是HKD 60左右,cp值超高,真的真的,此行光顧了此餐廳,無悔! 幸好能在人流多前已點好餐,因為在我們用餐時,人龍開始愈來愈多,估計半小時才吃到是走不掉的了。
