Introduction
本店拉麵從湯頭、麵、配料都有一定執著的極品。湯頭是以豚骨與雞骨熬煮八個小時,濃厚但清爽非常入喉的湯。麵是使用北海道小麥粉製成「中粗捲麵」,是北海道拉麵的特徵。本店的叉燒肉完全自製,花費六個小時滷汁完全融入肉內,搭配本店各式口味拉麵是一絕配。
