此台中伴手禮，除紫晶酥，我更推薦紅豆麻薯。此麻薯與九份的稔糯不同，似太陽餅的酥皮。包裝很有台灣「伴手禮」的親切情懷，充滿誠意，文句清麗。入口的感覺是「綿綿密密地綻放在口中」，亦「像流金般融化」。紅豆不太甜，與我慣食的廣東甜餅大有不同。聽說台北桃園機場商店（入閘後）都可買到。 continue reading

師弟去完台北遊玩完，買咗幾款手信比我哋食，呢款比較少見（應該說好少去台灣買呢種手信）紫色紙盒，封面相片比較娘，入面有6個酥，每個有用透明膠盒獨立包裝，賣相似潮州酥餅/月餅，圓形賣相粉紫色幾靚，脹卜卜，咬開外層酥皮，酥皮食落比較乾，質地唔夠鬆化，入面有厚厚嘅紫芋頭蓉，味道唔太甜，芋頭唔會打得太滑到食唔出質地，比較實，芋頭味濃，入面仲有包裹住啲麻糬，麻糬好煙韌! 整個紫晶酥層次分明！幾好味不一樣的台灣手信 continue reading
