覺得市面上主售炸後滷製的古早味排骨店家不多,也許主流客群一直都是炸排骨,或者也因工序較多,較少人願意做?而要吃到好吃的炸滷排骨其實也不太容易,要嘛里肌肉處理得過乾,要嘛滷汁不夠味,炸粉裹得不勻稱、過散造就口感不好..等等,這家鬍鬚林算是蠻好吃的,位在鶯歌、桃園八德交會處附近(桃鶯路<-->鶯桃路),有趣的是~隔壁有一間忠孝排骨,同樣標榜炸滷排骨老店打對臺,改日有經過再吃。(排骨便當)滷製顏色沒有很深,但其實甜鹹味足、肉質柔軟不澀,排骨便當(飯)有附比較多配菜,米粉好像較少的樣子?可惜拿到的那顆荷包蛋不夠半熟,底下白飯淋上QQ肉燥也令人開胃。(肉羹湯)略甜的口味,肉條扎實,頗喜歡。   continue reading
