小山圓聖誕樹 “Christmas Tree” 160NT 聖誕節已過了很久，但因草莓還是有不少好的來貨，就一直供應，我想在五月到十一月應該吃不到這一款。刨冰質感很細很綿，我喜歡這樣的質感，在台灣比較少這種綿密的日式刨冰。抹茶味道甘香突出，草莓亦甜，但我這份的刨冰賣相有點差，有點歪掉。 April is obviously not a Christmas time but due to good strawberries are still available, they still have this flavor. They don’t have this during May to November. The texture of the shaved ice is very fine and smooth, I like this kind of texture a lot. Matcha is flavorful and strawberries are sweet. However, the presentation of my shaved ice is imperfect.
優格果物冰 Passion fruit and yogurt ice 130NT 他們的新品，把黑蜜+100%百香果原汁去籽小火慢熬，酸甜香氣吃得甚是滋味，上面的優格帶點鹹，味道很特別。冰的裡面有草莓口味的明治冰淇淋，質感和味道上都很豐富。 Their new flavor, using the cooked syrup from 100% passion fruit juice with brown sugar, nice fragrance with adequate sourness and sweetness. On top it has yogurt with a bit savory taste, a special match with the shaved ice. Inside it has strawberry icecream, rich texture and taste of this new item.
