今年的中秋花東行程排得稍微匆忙了,為了怕回程塞車,規劃好Day 3下午就先往南從屏東繞回台中,心裡念著的AKAME訂不到位,改往萬巒豬腳一條街吃晚餐,以前吃過海鴻和林家,都是宅配,難得途經屏東就試試萬泰豬腳好了,萬泰名氣相對小,但相當合我心意。之所以合心意的理由,先是滷製入味確實,並非僅表層的顏色,而且嚼起來沒有泛油的膩味,瘦肉部位鬆嫩、滷到剛剛好,幾乎都吃完了,不會剩下許多乾硬的肉,搵醬以我喜好屬於美中不足,因為甜味居多、蒜蓉味則不夠強勁,但是單就豬腳是很好的。然後這邊的豬腳店都兼賣炒菜,有點像是去吃窯烤雞但不會只吃雞肉一樣,吃豬腳配青菜、營養均衡(?),幾樣炒菜的水準並不壞。本次經驗:(3.5個愛吃臉)
