照片記錄:午餐兩人消費約3,400。約了大廚阿平師出來吃飯,彼刻搬家了~店變大了~卻是最無語的一次,與小店時期相比,味道、口感、層次皆變得莫名平淡,比照價位不太值,但服務提升了,當天屬於特例嗎?不曉得,依我所知的數位老道吃客仍是頗推(但也有和我想法相同的),只能說當日經驗給我一種感覺,似乎往"新竹風格"的餐廳趨勢在走...單論最喜愛者為自製伊比利豬背油,如板條般的口感,咀嚼後緩緩帶出微鹹韻味與豬油香氣,搭上麵包片尤佳。(佛卡夏,橄欖油味道ok,還沒拍照就被阿平偷吃了一根棒子)(煙燻火腿,二訪時的自製風乾熟成肉層次很不錯,去哪兒了呢?)(自製伊比利豬背油Lardo)(芸彰牛舌配香草綠醬,牛舌柔軟、但自身無甚多風味)(炒白花椰佐辣椒鯷魚)(海鮮蛋煎)(炸南投朝鮮薊,食材處理與調味皆不合意..)(海盜風長細麵)(屏東黑鮪血合肉胖胖麵)(橄欖油冰淇淋、Cannoli,單純想吃不如試試PAI PAI吧~)
